Protect quality safety and services. This November, Cleveland voters will be able to protect quality safety and services. Vote no on Issue 38 to prevent private interests from deciding how $14 million from the City’s general fund will be spent. The $14 million would come from funding that protects safety forces like EMS, Fire & Police, road repair, and building and housing.
